I’m making a crazy pivot and offering one round of Clarity Workshops for only $25 per person. Read why below or just go sign up here.

Here’s the real real. I’m heading to Philly this week to visit some folks doing interesting work in the city. I’d hoped to keep experimenting with traveling pop-ups but I hit a snag. I grossly overestimated my capacity to market this workshop - even before the handful of curveballs thrown my way last week.

When something like this happens to my clients, I encourage them to zoom way out - What’s the real goal here? And then, what strategy is appropriate based on that goal? It’s easy to lose the forest for the trees with these sort of things. So I walked myself through my same process.

What’s the real goal? To experiment with pop-ups in different cities. Nope. That’s not a meaningful objective. Zoom out further. Maybe it’s to get more financially out of this trip? Valid, but still no. Zoom out even more. The real actual goal, is to try more Clarity Workshops in groups. So that I can understand how the “More Impact. Less Friction” framework works at scale. So that I better understand how to approach a book.

So. Should I scramble doing some random promo together to try to fill a handful of $500 slots? Nope. That’s not the right strategy because it’s not aligned with my real goal. Instead, I’m going to focus on the real priority - getting a group together. This is going to work in your favor.

I’m going to run ONE group workshop on Wednesday, June 25th, from 9:30 - 12:30. I will have spots available in person in Philly at Indy Hall and virtually on zoom. I’m offering these spots at an immense discount - I’m only charging an insane $25 per participant. (This is 95% off my usual rate; 88% off the usual group rate.) To incentivize even further, everyone who participates in the workshop AND everyone who refers someone who participates, will be entered to win one hour of free follow up strategy work. If you’ve been on the fence about one of these, this is your moment.

Learn more about the workshop and snag your spot here.

In Atlanta, Plywood Place offers leaders private offices, dedicated desks, and commuter memberships—each designed for dreamers, doers, and difference-makers. It’s a gold mine for community (and mirrors!) while you build.

Memberships start at just $75/month. Interested in learning more? Reach out to [email protected].

How to put this to work:

  1. Identify a challenge you’re working to solve.

Could be anything - huge or tiny.

  2. What is the big goal?

Whatever you say first is probably not the right answer. Channel your inner 4 year old and ask yourself “why?” at least 3 times.

  3. Adjust accordingly.

Now you can make a real plan. How can you address this current tension in a way that connects it to your actual big goal at the end of the “whys”? Not sure? Reply and we’ll work through it. '

Cheering for you,

I’m Laura Green - a strategist empowering creative leaders to build businesses they love. My work focuses providing you actionable insights and customized strategies to find more impact and less friction. I want you to have the clarity, confidence, and energy to make good stuff happen, to drive profit, and to get back to doing the work you love. As for me - I love charts, good beer, nerdy nature books, and sneakers. When I’m not spinning up spreadsheets, you can find me gardening, hanging with my wonderfully wild kids, or sneaking in a nap. ✌️
